Add vehicle to stock
Vehicle details
Additional costs (NCT, valet, and anything else attributed to this car)
NCT and valet are added automatically from your defaults in Business details when a vehicle is added to stock. Every line here, auto-added or not, can be edited or removed at any time — useful when the accountant is reconciling actual costs.

Extras & add-ons
Anything sold on top of the vehicle: paint protection, GAP insurance, mats, tow bar, delivery. These are added to the invoice total and count as revenue on the margin.
Payments received
Warranty & terms
Margin* means the sale price was recorded on the vehicle rather than taken from a DealerPal invoice. True margin per vehicle: sale price plus any warranty upgrade, less purchase price, VRT, every additional cost (NCT, valet, etc.) logged against the car, and every repair cost logged against it in the Issue Controller. Repairs raised after the sale date are flagged as post-sale so aftersales exposure is visible. Unsold vehicles show projected margin at retail.
Business details (printed on every invoice)
Default vehicle costs
These amounts are added automatically as cost lines the moment a vehicle is added to stock, so you don't have to enter them every time. They're still fully editable per vehicle afterwards — useful when the actual figure comes in different. Leave an amount at 0 to skip auto-adding that cost.
Warranty levels
Set up your warranty options once (e.g. Engine & Gearbox Only, 3 Month, 6 Month, 12 Month Comprehensive). When creating a sales invoice you pick the level and the months and full terms fill in automatically.
Extras you sell
Set up the add-ons you offer with their usual price (paint protection, GAP insurance, mats, tow bar, delivery). They appear as a dropdown on every invoice, and the price stays editable per deal.
